Frequently asked questions

Lead time depends on the product you choose. Cookies, brownies, and a few selected products may be available for same day delivery (subject to availability), while cakes typically require 1.5 to 2 days’ notice. We recommend placing orders at least 2 days in advance for 1–3 kg cakes. For larger or tiered cakes, we recommend placing orders at least 1 week in advance. Delivery is arranged by Food Indulge and is chargeable at actuals within the city limits.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed. Modifications may be accommodated only if time permits and will be chargeable.

As most the orders are tailored to specific requirement of the customer 100% advance with order confirmation is required.

All products except Cakes can be delivered on the same day subject to stock availability and store timings. If the order is received post store timing, the order will be fulfilled by the next working day.
