Food Indulge started long before 2021.

Growing up, the kitchen was where I naturally found myself. What began as helping my mother slowly turned into spending more time observing, trying, and understanding how baking actually works.

​

After completing my B.Com from Ethiraj College, I took up a job, but baking stayed. It became my weekends, my routine, and eventually, the one thing I kept coming back to.

​

What started as small experiments slowly turned into consistency. The more I baked, the clearer it became - this wasn’t just something I enjoyed, it was something I wanted to build.

​

That’s when I decided to pursue baking professionally.

​

After completing my certification in Patisserie & Confectionery, Food Indulge took shape - not as a one-time decision, but as a natural next step.

​

From the beginning, the focus was clear: to create desserts that people don’t just try once, but come back for.

​

Along the way, I was recognised with the Nanganallur Times Best Women Entrepreneur Award (2023) and featured in The Hindu for “Survival in a Crowded Market.”

​

Today, every product that leaves the kitchen is made with thought, detail, and intention.

​

Because for me, this was never just about baking - it was about choosing it, again and again.
